Frequently asked questions
Do I need to register for this campaign?
No separate registration is required. Make a qualifying first purchase of RM80 or more at a CARiNG Pharmacy physical store during the Entry Period and use your CARiNG membership at checkout.
Can I still join on 15 November 2026?
Yes. You may make your first qualifying purchase on 15 November 2026. Your 30-day campaign window will begin from your entry date.
Do I need to finish everything by 15 November?
No. Only your first qualifying RM80 purchase must be made during the Entry Period. After joining, you have 30 calendar days from your entry date to make your subsequent qualifying purchases.
Can I make multiple qualifying purchases on the same day?
You may make multiple transactions, but only one qualifying purchase per member per calendar day will count towards campaign progression.
Do medication purchases count?
Yes. There are no product exclusions under this campaign. Purchases including medication may count towards the qualifying spend.
Will I still earn my usual base points?
Yes. The 1,000 and 2,000 campaign points are extra points awarded on top of the applicable base points you normally earn.
When will the extra points be credited?
Extra points will be credited to your CARiNG membership account within 3 business days after the relevant qualifying purchase.
How long are the campaign points valid?
Campaign extra points are valid for one year from the date they are awarded.
What happens when all 300 million points are given out?
The campaign points allocation is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the 300,000,000-point allocation is fully utilised, no further campaign extra points will be awarded.
What happens if I refund a qualifying purchase?
CARiNG Pharmacy may reverse the relevant campaign extra points and/or adjust your campaign progress where a qualifying transaction is cancelled, refunded, voided or reversed.
Terms & Conditions
- The CARiNG Extra Points Bonanza Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by CARiNG Pharmacy Retail Management Sdn Bhd.
- The Campaign is open to all registered CARiNG Pharmacy members.
- The Campaign is valid at CARiNG Pharmacy, Georgetown Pharmacy, Wellings Pharmacy physical retail stores only. Purchases made through the CARiNG eStore or other online channels are not eligible.
- The Campaign Entry Period is from 16 October 2026 to 15 November 2026, inclusive.
- To enter the Campaign, a member must make a first qualifying purchase with a minimum final amount paid of RM80 in a single receipt during the Entry Period.
- The date of the member's first successful qualifying purchase will be treated as the member's Campaign entry date.
- Upon entering the Campaign, the member will have 30 calendar days from the entry date to make the subsequent qualifying purchases.
- Members who enter the Campaign on 15 November 2026 may continue participating during their applicable 30-day Campaign window, subject to these Terms & Conditions and the availability of the Campaign points allocation.
- The member's second qualifying purchase must have a minimum final amount paid of RM50 in a single receipt.
- Upon successful completion of the second qualifying purchase, the member will receive 1,000 campaign extra points.
- The member's third qualifying purchase must have a minimum final amount paid of RM50 in a single receipt.
- Upon successful completion of the third qualifying purchase, the member will receive an additional 2,000 campaign extra points.
- Each member may earn a maximum of 3,000 campaign extra points under this Campaign.
- Campaign extra points are awarded in addition to the applicable base points earned under the normal CARiNG membership programme.
- A maximum of one qualifying purchase per member per calendar day will count towards Campaign progression.
- Multiple transactions made by the same member on the same calendar day will not result in multiple Campaign progression steps.
- All qualifying purchases must be made using the same CARiNG membership account.
- Campaign progress and purchases cannot be combined or transferred between different membership accounts.
- Members must ensure that their CARiNG membership is captured at the point of purchase in order for the transaction to be tracked under the Campaign.
- Qualifying spend is based on the final amount paid on a single receipt after applicable discounts, vouchers, points redemptions or other deductions.
- There are no product exclusions for this Campaign. All purchases, including medication, are included when determining qualifying spend.
- Campaign extra points will be credited to the eligible member's CARiNG membership account within 3 business days after the relevant successful qualifying purchase.
- Campaign extra points are valid for one year from the date of award, subject to the applicable CARiNG membership points policy.
- A total Campaign allocation of 300,000,000 points is available.
- Campaign extra points are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
- Once the allocation of 300,000,000 Campaign points has been fully utilised, CARiNG Pharmacy may stop awarding Campaign extra points even if a member's applicable 30-day Campaign window has not yet ended.
- Campaign extra points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another membership account.
- Transactions that are cancelled, voided, refunded or reversed may cease to qualify for the Campaign.
- Where Campaign extra points have already been awarded in relation to a transaction that is subsequently cancelled, returned, refunded or reversed, CARiNG Pharmacy reserves the right to reverse or deduct the relevant Campaign extra points and/or adjust the member's Campaign progress.
- CARiNG Pharmacy reserves the right to reject or disqualify transactions reasonably suspected to be fraudulent, duplicated, manipulated, artificially split or otherwise inconsistent with the intended operation of the Campaign.
- Members are responsible for ensuring that the membership account used during the Campaign is valid and that the information associated with the account is accurate.
- CARiNG Pharmacy will not be responsible for Campaign progression or points that cannot be recorded due to the member failing to use the relevant membership account at the point of purchase.
- Participation in the Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions as well as the applicable CARiNG membership programme terms and policies.
- CARiNG Pharmacy reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Campaign or these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
