Track & Win with Caring Membership Promotional Campaign

Terms & Conditions

Track & Win with Caring Membership Promotional Campaign (hereafter called “Campaign”) is organized by CARiNG Pharmacy Retail Management Sdn Bhd (Registration No.: 200601037651) (hereafter called “CARiNG Group”) and shall be subjected to the Terms and Conditions herein. By participating in this Campaign, Caring Members hereby expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any decisions made by CARiNG Group in respect of the Campaign shall be final and binding.

1.0 Eligibility

  1. This Campaign is open to individuals who have an active Caring Membership account and who perform the eligibility requirements as stated.
  2. Track & Win is only available on the Caring Membership mobile app downloaded from the Apple App Store, Huawei App Gallery and/or Google Play Store.

2.0 Check-In – Campaign Mechanics and Conditions

  1. The Campaign will commence on 1st May 2024, at 12:00:00 AM (MYT) and ends on 31th May 2024, at 11:59:59PM (MYT). The Campaign will be held on a monthly basis until further notice.
  2. Members are required to check-in 7 times in a month to win 300 Caring Points. The 300 Caring Points will be automatically awarded to the members’ account within minutes. The points will be valid for 1 year from the date of credit.
  3. Members can only check-in ONCE (1) per day.
  4. Check-ins need not be 7 days consecutively as long as the 7 check-ins are within the same month.
  5. Each member is only allowed to win ONCE (1) per month.
  6. All members’ check-ins will automatically reset to ZERO (0) on the 1st of every month regardless of whether members completed 7 check-ins in the previous month or not.

3.0 Missions – Campaign Mechanics and Conditions

  1. The first Campaign will commence on 1st May 2024, at 12:00:00 AM (MYT) and ends on 31th May 2024, at 11:59:59PM (MYT). The Campaign will be held on a monthly basis until further notice.

  2. Members are required to perform sales transactions with a minimum purchase of RM30 and above per receipt at any CARiNG, Georgetown or Wellings Pharmacy physical stores to stand a chance to win a prize.
  3. Members must present their Caring Membership BEFORE sales transaction at any CARiNG, Georgetown or Wellings Pharmacy physical store for their transactions to be recorded as an entry. Entries will be recorded automatically upon transaction within minutes and no further action will be required by members to submit their entry.
  4. Each receipt (with a minimum purchase of RM30 and above) will be counted as a separate entry submission. Only ONE (1) entry is allowed per receipt. Multiple entries per member is allowed without any limitation of entries per day.
  5. Entries will only be counted for sales transactions made within the same Campaign month. Backdated sales transactions will not be accepted i.e the April 2024 Campaign will not count sales transactions made in March 2024 and will only consider sales transactions made from 1st March 2024 to 30th March 2024.

  6. All entries earned are NOT transferable to another Caring Member regardless of if the membership account belongs to the same individual or not.
  7. Winners will be selected at random through a system-generated random draw. Only participants who meet the eligibility requirements as stated will be considered for the random draw.
  8. Each member is only entitled to a maximum ONE (1) Prize per month.
  9. Winners will be contacted via SMS at their registered mobile no. within 30 working days after the contest period ends. It shall be the participants responsibility to ensure that their registered mobile no. are current and updated with our Caring Membership. CARiNG Group shall not be held responsible for any loss or damages suffered by participants if their registered mobile no. in Caring Membership’s record is not contactable, current or updated.
  10. Mega Prize winners may decide their preferred CARiNG, Georgetown or Wellings Pharmacy physical store for prize collection at the time and date that is agreed upon by the member and CARiNG Group. Mega Prizes must be collected within 30 calendar days from the date winners are contacted, failing which, CARiNG Group has the right to forfeit the prize or re-draw and/or elect any other person as the prize winner whichever CARiNG Group considers appropriate.
  11. Special Prizes will be credited directly into winners’ Caring Membership account at their registered mobile no. within 7 working days from the date of winners’ acknowledgement. Winners must acknowledge their winnings within 14 working days from the date winners are contacted, failing which, CARiNG Group has the right to forfeit the prize or re-draw and/or elect any other person as the prize winner whichever CARiNG Group considers appropriate.
  12. All members’ entries will be automatically reset to ZERO (0) on the 1st of every month.

4.0 Prizes

  1. CARiNG Group reserves the right to substitute the Mega Prize and Special Prize (herein called “Prizes”) with any other item(s) of similar market value at its reasonable discretion with 30 working days prior notice to the winners which will be communicated on Caring2u website and/or other platforms deemed appropriate by CARiNG Group.
  2. Members that have performed the eligibility requirements stated stand a chance to be selected as a winner and win Prizes as below:
    Mega Prize : NESPRESSO Lattissima ONE X2 
    Special Prizes : RM80 CARiNG e-Cash Voucher X 30 Unique Winners 

  3. Prizes are not transferable nor exchangeable and will only be issued to the winners as verified by CARiNG Group
  4. The image of the Prizes (if any) in any brochure, marketing, or Campaign material relating to the Prize Draw is for illustration purposes only.
  5. The Mega Prize does not include any accessories or items shown in any advertisements and/or promotional materials as they are for illustrative purposes only.
  6. The Special Prize of CARiNG e-Cash Voucher is valid for 6 months only from the date of voucher issued.
  7. The terms and conditions of the CARiNG e-Cash Voucher are as below:
    1. All Denominations are in Ringgit Malaysia.
    2. Voucher will not be replaced if lost or damaged.
    3. Voucher is only valid for use in exchange of goods at CARiNG, Georgetown or Wellings Pharmacy physical store and is not redeemable for CASH in whole or part.
    4. The management retains the right to reject any voucher that has been tampered or found in any way to be unacceptable
    5. If the value of the purchase exceeds the voucher sum, then the difference must be paid by the customer.
    6. The use of the voucher to purchase items is to be at the discretion of the pharmacist/management.
    7. CARiNG Group reserves the right to change, modify or amend the conditions herein at any time without prior notice.
    8. Expired voucher will be void and not renewable
    9. Strictly no extension of the expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed.
  8. Unless stated otherwise, Prizes are (i) non-transferable; (ii) not to be resold or whatsoever; (iii) not exchangeable for cash, refund, replace or whatsoever; and (v) not allowed for partial redemption or discount or redemption for any other product items or redemption for other promotions.
  9. CARiNG Group shall not be liable to any person including the winners and/or be liable to offer replacement of any Prizes or otherwise compensate any winners for expired, improper use of, or inability to redeem any Prizes; or the inability to redeem a voucher code due to technical issues.
  10. In the event that the winner fails to comply with any terms and conditions of this Campaign, CARiNG Group reserves the right to forfeit the Prize.
  11. All winners’ names and their mobile no. (country code with last 4 digits) will be published on CARiNG Pharmacy official Facebook page and Instagram page or the Campaign’s promotional page on www.caring2u.com and/or any other method of communication that CARiNG Group may deem appropriate.
  12. CARiNG Group reserves the right to request for documentation or proof of identification of any of the winners and CARiNG Group reserves the right to contact the winners with regards to any relatable campaigns which might take place in the future.
  13. The Prize is not redeemable or exchangeable for any other items or cash, whether in part or in full. Winners must accept the Prizes “as it is” and must acknowledge that CARiNG Group shall not be held responsible for the value of the Prizes due to the variation of prices in the market during the Prizes redemption/collection by the Winners at the time stipulated by CARiNG Group.
  14. All costs, fees and/or expenses incurred or to be incurred by the Prize winners in relation to the Campaign and/or claim of the Prizes, which shall include but not limited to the cost of the transportation, accommodation, meals, personal costs and/or other costs, are the sole responsibility of the Prize winners.
  15. The Prizes are not redeemable or exchangeable for any other items or cash, whether in part or in full. Winners must accept the Prizes “as it is” and must acknowledge that CARiNG Group shall not be held responsible for the value of the Prizes due to the variation of prices in the market during the Prizes redemption/collection by the winners at the time stipulated by CARiNG Group.
  16. In the event that the winner passes away after the notification of the Prize winners, the heirs, legal representative, and/or administrator of the deceased may claim the Prize within twelve (12) months from the date of the notification, failing which, CARiNG Group has the discretion to deal with the Prize including to re-draw and/or elect any other person as the Prize Winner whichever CARiNG Group considers appropriate.
  17. CARiNG Group will NOT provide any replacement or substitute for the Prizes if the winner rejects the Prizes and /or request for alternative option(s).
  18. Winners acknowledge and agree that CARiNG Group reserves the right to disqualify participation of the Campaign or withdraw any Prizes from the winners if:
    1. Winner(s) is found or suspected of tampering with the Campaign mechanics or the operation of the Campaign; or
    2. Winner(s) is found or suspected of undertaking fraudulent activities or other activities harmful to the Campaign; or
    3. Winner(s) has been disqualified from previous Campaigns organized by CARiNG Group; or
    4. Winner(s) is in breach of its obligations or any terms and conditions of this Campaign. Notwithstanding the above, CARING Group reserves the right to reject any participation without assigning any reasons.
  19. CARiNG Group’s decision on all matters relating to the selection of winners and Prizes shall be final, conclusive and binding on all Caring Members, and no further correspondence and/or appeal to dispute CARiNG Group’s decision shall be entertained.
  20. CARiNG Group and its officers, servants, employees and their immediate family members, representatives and/or agents, affiliated or related companies (including without limitation, any third party service providers engaged by CARiNG Group for the purposes of this Campaign) shall not be eligible to win the Prizes stated.

General Terms & Conditions 

  1. CARiNG Group shall not be responsible or held liable in respect of technical failures of any kind whatsoever, intervention, interruptions, and/or electronic or human errors in the administration and/or processing of the transaction performed via the Caring Membership mobile app provided the same is not caused by CARiNG Group.
  2. CARiNG Group reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend, extend or terminate this Campaign earlier in whole or in part and reserves the right to modify any of the terms and conditions contained herein, from time to time by giving at least minimum of 30 working days prior notice thereof, the notice of which shall be posted through Caring2u website and/or other platforms deemed appropriate by CARiNG Group. It shall be the responsibility of Caring Members to be informed of or otherwise seek out any such notice validly posted.
  3. By participating in this Campaign, Caring Members agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions herein and agree and consent to allow his/her personal data being collected, processed and used by CARiNG Group in accordance with the CARiNG Group Privacy Policy, which may be viewed on www.caring2u.com.
  4. In addition and without prejudice to the terms in the CARiNG Group Privacy Policy, Caring Members agree and consent to his/her personal data or information being collected, processed and used by CARiNG Group for:
    1. the purposes of the Campaign; and
    2. marketing and promotional activities conducted by CARiNG Group, including but not limited to any form of advertising or publicity media and materials such as audio and/or visual recordings published through newspapers, television networks, radio stations or online and digital media and on the Internet. Marketing and promotion activities include without limitation the use and/or publication of any details provided in and/or in connection to the entries, interviews material as well responses and related photographs. In this regard, Caring Members agree to co-operate and participate in all advertising and publicity activities of CARiNG Group in relation to the Campaign.
  5. CARiNG Group and its officers, servants, employees, representatives and/or agents (including without limitation, any third party service providers engaged by CARiNG Group for the purposes of this Campaign) shall not be liable to Caring Members in this Campaign for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to, loss of income, profits or goodwill) arising from or in connection with this Campaign unless caused by any gross negligence or omission by CARiNG Group.
  6. CARiNG Group shall not be liable for any default of its obligation under this Campaign due to any force majeure events which include but not limited to acts of God, civil commotion, acts of war, strike, riot, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm, epidemic and pandemic or any events and circumstances of whatever nature beyond the reasonable control of CARiNG Group.
  7. CARiNG Group may disqualify/reject any Caring Member who does not comply with the terms and conditions stated herein and/or are found or suspected to be tampering with the Campaign and/or its process or the operations of this Campaign which includes fraudulent activities involving any act of deceit and/or deception and/or cheating with regards to the CampaignAprilM
