Terms & Conditions
- The campaign starts on 30 January 2024 & will be held on a monthly basis on the 30th (29th for February) for the entire year of 2024.
- This campaign is exclusive for Caring Members.
- Caring Member must spend a minimum of RM300 in a single receipt on 30th of every month (29th for February) to be automatically eligible for this campaign. Transactions made at any CARiNG, Georgetown or Wellings Pharmacy physical stores will be eligible.
- Members must present their Caring Membership BEFORE sales transaction at any CARiNG, Georgetown or Wellings Pharmacy physical store for their transactions to be recorded as an entry. Entries will be recorded automatically upon transaction within minutes and no further action will be required by members to submit their entry.
- Each receipt (with a minimum purchase of RM300 and above) will be counted as a separate entry submission. Only ONE (1) entry is allowed per receipt. Multiple entries per member is allowed without any limitation of entries.
- All entries earned are NOT transferable to another Caring Member regardless of if the membership account belongs to the same individual or not.
- Each member is only entitled to a maximum ONE (1) win per month.
- Winners will be selected at random through a system-generated random draw. Only participants who meet the eligibility requirements as stated will be considered for the random draw.
- Winners will be announced on our Facebook and Instagram page. Points won will be credited directly into winners’ Caring Membership account and notified via SMS at their registered mobile no. within 30 working days after each month. The points will be valid for 1 year from the date of credit.
- It shall be the participants responsibility to ensure that their registered mobile no. are current and updated with our Caring Membership. CARiNG Group shall not be held responsible for any loss or damages suffered by participants if their registered mobile no. in Caring Membership’s record is not contactable, current or updated.
- Points won are not transferable nor exchangeable and will only be issued to the winners as verified by CARiNG Group.
- CARiNG Group shall not be liable to any person including the winners and/or be liable to offer replacement of any Prize or otherwise compensate any winners for expired, improper use of, or inability to redeem any points due to technical issues.
- In the event that the winner fails to comply with any terms and conditions of this Campaign, CARiNG Group reserves the right to forfeit the Prize.
- All winners’ names and their mobile no. (country code with last 4 digits) will be published on CARiNG Pharmacy official Facebook page and Instagram page or the Campaign’s promotional page on www.caring2u.com and/or any other method of communication that CARiNG Group may deem appropriate.
- CARiNG Group reserves the right to change, modify or amend the conditions herein at any time without prior notice.
